...Their allergies to gluten, eggs, and dairy made the search impossible. So, super-mom Raquel came up with different recipes for the twins that accommodate their allergies.

One of these recipes, included gluten-free pancakes, which they loved so much that they would take them to other restaurants, so they could also enjoy a nice meal out with their family.

When we purchased The Village Restaurant in Pleasant Valley in 2019, we did it for the boys to enjoy having a place that catered to their allergies, giving them an opportunity to enjoy the full restaurant experience. The concept of The Village Restaurant, was changed while of course, the pancakes were added, and later evolved to The Village Pancake Factory.

We offer many gluten-free options, for you and your family. Pancakes, waffles, french fries, thick tenders, and much more! Just ask your server.
